Licthfeld Plumbing
Melanie Lichtfeld at Lichtfeld Plumbing has been one of our customers for a while now. She originally came to Mad City Coders, LLC through a mutual friend Brandi Lloyd. Brandi no longer was able to keep up with the site due to various reasons and asked us to help with some email issues Licthfeld Plumbing owners were having.
When we first dove into this project, it was a mess. The site wasn't working because the DNS entries were taken over by a third party vendor in order to get the email working. Melanie's website was down for weeks and she was losing business at an alarming rate.
We quickly started working with the third party vendor and got control of the DNS for Melanie and sorted things out from there. Now her website and emails were working again.
Fast-forward 1 year and her website's theme was no longer supported. We stepped in once again and updated the website with a new theme that matched the same look and feel of her current website. Here's the result!
